Prometheus Holistic Conditioning Concept


Prometheus Holistic Conditioning is a fitness and health based lifestyle resource for all levels of individual enthusiasts.  The concept was formed after the story of Prometheus of Greek mythology lore, the titan who gave the gift of fire and forge to folks.
The idea is that most people have an ideal of how they would like to look and feel.  Regardless of if that ideal is based in someone else's physique such as a celebrity or global athlete or if the ideal is based in a vision that someone has for their own persona the titan level physique of that ideal tends to be pretty fat from where the average person is in their daily life.
In mythology Prometheus gave the gift to man so that they could be thrive.  
For the sake of Prometheus Holistic Conditioning the titan Prometheus is represented by fitness industry professionals using the massive well of effective empirical knowledge that comprises the health and fitness industry to give individuals outside of the paradigms access to the physique ideals they envision but don't know how to achieve.  This knowledge is the same thing that athletes and celebrities use in order to hone their bodies to awe inspiring titan levels and is the most valuable thing in all of fitness.


With the knowledge comes the next step of application to an already likely busy life.  Unless you're an athlete or model or similar professional who allocates time specifically to work on their physique for a living you're not gong to have the luxury of a large well of time to dip into in order to reach your healthy ideal.  With the right knowledge you can apply just the most important principles for your goals within a time and setting that works within your life.
This approach of applied knowledge is to the way to go in the kitchen just like it is in regards to physical fitness side.  Avoid simple nutrition solutions and embrace the complexity that likely makes up your diet or what your ideal diet would be.  Though the knowledge you will have a better relationship with food and greater understanding of how to eat the things you enjoy and still reach your physique ideal.

Aquire the knowledge that works for your true realistic ideal or work with someone who has a a well of knowledge that can be applied to the details of your specific life and situations.  The design of your protocol should be something that is specific to you and that you can perform consistently.   If you're adapting to a lifestyle or program that was created for a population such as a commercial or fad diet then you're guaranteed limited results at best as the program doesn't account for you as an individual.


Its time to use the gift of knowledge to empower each other to a healthy ideal!  Each day that you exist in a body that you don't feel healthy in and that you don't feel confident in is damaging to you physically and mentally.  You can't allow the difficulty of everyday life to stop you from doing the things that will allow you to be in a good space within your own body.  The knowledge is here for all of us within a few degrees and its each of our responsibilities to seek that knowledge out.  
We're all responsible for our own happiness and you won't be happy until you feel good inside and feel comfortable with yourself outside.
